Health experts are becoming increasingly worried as there has been an alarming 10% rise in the utilization of antidepressants amongst individuals in Dumfries and Galloway (South-West Scotland) within the last 3 years. Dr Cameron criticised the over use of antidepressants and suggested alternative affective methods such as counselling at reducing moderate to mild levels of depression.
